Pros
Large projects with unlimited budgets but tight schedules.
Cons
People are not very bright. Field management and office management seem to understand management but not leadership. Old school management practices. My way or the highway. Lots of uneducated (non-degreed) people in management positions. Comapny has little appreciation for the well educated and top performers. Good ole boy system. Do not expect much from Fluor - except to be laid off.
