Great 401k match, good employees, nice location
Cons
HolIday/vacation/sick/greivance/ time. All is combined to bank time and the company is pretty stingy with employees acrual per pay period. Unstable work load and future, Not long after hiring on the company started off-shoring work. I think this hasn't set well with some clients and certainly not with employees. They're having a hard time winning contracts now.
