Pros
By far Fluido has the best onboarding process I've experienced ever. They take it extremely serious to make you feel welcome, to get you up to speed with projects and the Salesforce technology (which some times is overwhelming if you're new to it) Everybody is so friendly and helpful, it truly feels like a family - although is not anymore a start up but a (very fast) growing company, the atmosphere still feels cosy but at the same time very cosmopolitan as there are people from 20+ nationalities. Competitive compensation package, topped with a monthly bonus based on the billable hours you work. The more you work the more you earn, HOWEVER they're so careful not to burn out people. One of the company values is 'Friends don’t let friends down' and boy how everyone is practising it. Transparency and trust are at its core and work both ways employees <-> company.
Cons
As in any growth company not everything is set or has an established process or way to do it behind, but this could be a nice opportunity for anyone to shape it.
