      Pros

      Very technically skilled staff. Great learning opportunities for young engineers. Onsite lab with unique capabilities, offers hands on experience. Enjoyable work environment with positive team members.

      Cons

      Leadership often restructuring and the vision can be unclear at times. Consistently changing priorities, projects can be canceled abruptly. High level decision making can be disappointing.

      Great culture and exciting goals.

      Cons

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      Pros

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
