      Quality product that they can easily compare to any competitor. Plenty of opportunity to improve and better yourself.

      Cons

      Executive management is thought of as stand-offish. They need to be more open to the lower levels of the company. Sometimes their vision is big and they ignore the details of how they can really improve.
