      Pros

      Great co-workers make it worthwhile. Great benefits and decent PTO. Yearly Bonus based off personal/company performance.

      Cons

      Low pay for skilled position. Management outside department needs improvement. Understaffed Quality department.

      Great culture and exciting goals.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      Pros

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
