      Pros

      Fast growing multinational company with enough resources to accomplish the targets. Great working atmosphere.

      Cons

      Hybrid working model: rather than coming to the office three times a week and working remotely the remaining two days, I would prefer the opposite.

      Great culture and exciting goals.

      Cons

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      Pros

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
