      Pros

      Very Supportive. I had a very remarkable hiring experience in a week and for me that itself speaks volume on the decision making for the organization. I have wonderful colleagues and manager and always looking out for continuous improvement which for me is plus. Most of my colleagues have long service with the organization and always growing and evolving in their roles which for me talks about staff retention. Thumbs up to this great company.

      Cons

      Every organization has its own cons but cannot put a finger on anyone now. Company is always having the right attitude.

      Great culture and exciting goals.

      Cons

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      Pros

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
