      Pros

      High quality products and interesting global business. Many technical challenges which is good for engineers.

      Cons

      The "woke-ness" led from the top is to much. People play along so they don't get fired, but aren't bought in. I suspect many of the reviews on here are written by the HR team.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
