From starting to 2 mnths You will enjoy the work

Cons

After 2 mnths u will die to bill 9hrs, Very High work pressure, u need to wrk on weekends too, u ll get compoff for that. But can't able to take compoff. U need to forget ur personal life after joining flowserve

Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

A lot of good people working here.

Cons

Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
