Some room for advancement for a few at the site level, but no further.
Cons
Culture is toxic at the hourly employee level. Management is often not in tune with the clients' expectations. Corporate cleans house often, breaking institutional memory, resulting in making the same mistakes repeatedly. Management downplayed health hazards associated with COVID-19, even as employees visibly called in sick. Management also challenged high risk employees' doctor recommendations to quarantine. Outside of COVID-19, front line employees are brought in as temps, with zero commitments to hire permanently. These employees are considered contractors and are often subjected to termination on a whim.
