Great work/life balance, ample opportunity to meet with clients and if there is opportunity, grow the businesses. Work closely with other teams there, Marketing, Product, Analysts if you wish. Most co-workers are really great people but like every organization, there's always a few who just aren't.
Cons
0 opportunities for career advancement. Nobody has ever been promoted thus the extremely high turnover .No direction, no training and they want the junior roles to be more secretary than anything else. Basically to make quota, you need to charge your clients more without giving them anything in return. (Great business model...)This is an extremely saturated space and they have hyper-inflated quotas, which does not end well and only a select few hit quota. At the end of the day, the EMEA team will always do better than the Americas and that's all you ever here.
