35 hours/week, rare long hours, friendly work environment, freedom to try latest technologies on IT projects, easy access to senior managers.
Cons
Little growth in salary or job content. You may get new titles. Power may get concentrated in a few hands leading to a terrible work life. Limited career growth. Easy to get complacent and accustomed to laid back life style. In some cases, even work updates were not taken. Managers tried to avoid work as much as they could.
