      Pros

      great atmosphere, plenty of flexibility and focus on emplyee training a meajor plus, the salary isnt bad either, but enjoy it

      Cons

      can be tiresome and a lot of work is involved, also a lot of the work involves travlleing so need to make arrangments for baby sitting etc
