- People are great to work with - Entry level salary good, not much room to grow unless salary wise large title changes - High visibility with senior management - Work life balance is great - Challenging projects which keeps work entertaining

- Pay is low compared to competitors and other industries - Senior management does not communicate well - Backend systems are an absolute mess
