Pros
Fitch is open to internal transfers to different teams/departments and international transfers. Good work life balance possible once you are settled in job but also depends on your manager. If you don't have particular career aspirations and just want a stable job, this might work well for you, e.g. many employees have been around for more than 10-15 years.
Cons
Some teams much better managed than others. Bonus is not linked to personal performance, it's pretty much fixed across the levels. Staff turnover extremely high at junior levels due to pay being much lower than competitors and general lack of career progression.
