Pros
The longer I work here, the more I learn. Yes, there are challenges, but they are interesting. The leaders on my team are really invested in my career growth and have given me opportunities to learn and do more. One person in particular has taken me under their wing to not only ask what I'm interested in doing , but also making sure I get the opportunity, or am prepared for the opportunity when it comes up. He is transparent and clear about where I need to improve while also pushing me to do new things. As a woman in finance, I find this to be a huge benefit for me down the road.
Cons
There are times when technology seems to be a bit behind the curve, but even there Fitch seems to be putting more time and energy in investing in new technology.
