Starting to go downhill - Anonymous employee Fitch Ratings Employee Review

For a very long time I had nothing but good things to say about Fitch. Over the past three years, however, changes at the top have started to impact the day-today operations of the company negatively. Work-life balance has worsened, resources to technology and employee benefits have been cut, and no clear direction for the company has been communicated to employees. Our CFO is lauded for strong cost management while our infrastructure crumbles.
