Pros
- Good insurance, benefits, and bonuses. - Free Pop
Cons
- No diversity whatsoever within upper leadership or b-level or c-level roles. Lacks of diversity beyond HR and mail room jobs. No initiatives to increase or address the level of minorities or women in leadership or management roles. - A total lack of career growth and advancement. Total buddy-buddy system in place. Management dishonest and somewhat manipulative about promotions or opportunities. Basically, this is a place where you go to retire or start your career. Negotiate early before starting. - Far too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Too many folks with the title of director or associate director. At any given point, you could be reporting to four or five different directors/managers and doing the work of four people. - Unhealthy work-life balance at varying times. Upper management often has unrealistic and unhealthy expectations for small teams and too much responsibility placed on top performers to carry the team. Team members get the feeling of that they are being treated like commodities and not valued. - Antiquated software systems, IT policies, and software and data architectures. Years behind the curve of what other companies have implemented.
