      Intellectually challenging, interesting work. Opinions valued, broad exposure to market.

      Cons

      Elitist senior management - talk a good game but don't 'walk the talk'. Little opportunity to break into the senior management which largely comprises legacy business leaders.

      learned a lot from my manager and other groups. had work to do each day. intern group project was collaborative.

      - Company has two days a week in person (not bad, they don't go too crazy about the days you come in) - Work life balance is good in the company as a whole (team per team basis though)

      Cons

      - Salaries are not too high compared to other competitive companies
