      Decent work life balance, allowing WFH 2 days a week. Okay pay Great if you are one to just follow orders and doing as you are told

      Uncaring managers about the career growth of employees. Not interested in transformation and honest feedback Only care about ROI and not customer experience

      learned a lot from my manager and other groups. had work to do each day. intern group project was collaborative.

      - Company has two days a week in person (not bad, they don't go too crazy about the days you come in) - Work life balance is good in the company as a whole (team per team basis though)

      - Salaries are not too high compared to other competitive companies
