Pros

Flex Work, Many vacation days, Ticket Restaurant, private Insurance

Cons

There are too many VPs in the company but the company is saving mony on the lowest positions. Poor managment because of lack of people. The hiring process is very slow and complicated. The employee develpoment plan is non existent so if you are in, for example, customer care department you have no possiblities to grow unless you have some experience from a previous company. You can work in the same position for 6 or 7 years and you never get promoted. They prefer to hire people from the outside that already have the experience. The only department that gets promotions all the time is HR. Also, they like to show off that they fight for equaltiy when in their very departments there is no equaltiy.

Pros

Range of creative, scientific, business, supply chain and support jobs. Global experience and mobility opportunities (at mid to high level positions). Good health benefits compared to many other companies. Company is strong financially and growing financially (but opportunities are being filled by outside talent, not internally)

Cons

Pervasive clique-oriented culture and sink-or-swim for those not in a protected group, both which play key roles in advancement opportunities. Perception and network matters more than individual results. Inequitable distribution of heads to sites in dire need. Poor HR environment for quality employee support, growth, and development. Burnout becoming very pervasive, with company asking for more-and-more. IS systems are cumbersome and poorly designed...creative more inefficiency instead of solving efficiency issues.
