Noting to add in here. Would rather mention pros at caterpillar website reviews. Finning Canada has nothing to offer.
Cons
Awful management!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They won't tell you what is expected of you. No perks, less salary, just work like an ass with head down to keep your job, no proper performance mgt, no one will tell you where something will come from that will go in your file. You will never be rewarded for a job well done, if you do a good job, your boss will see you as a threat and will try to put you down cause every boss that works with this company are egoistic. Worse managed companies cause there is not a single competent manager. Andy got a big job to do here, saving Canadian operations. Good luck!!
