Pros

The overall staff of the building are friendly and pleasant to work with, good benefits and fair wages, share purchase plan is a nice bonus too. Just started to roll out bonuses to hourly employees

Cons

Branch manager is a bafoon, does not know how to run a branch or even how to send an email.

Pros

Good and hard working employees for the most part, standard industry benefits and great business model for growth

Cons

Many changes within BP&S team in the past few months without leadership or strategic approach; Hiring and keeping expensive contractors instead of keeping knowledgable employees. The CIO acts as a bully and there is no oversight on his costly decisions and the chaos he has created. He was given the ultimate authority by the past leadership team and since they have left Finning, the new leadership team has not assessed CIO’s negative impact and outcomes so far. Moral is low and BP&S employees seem lost while the new CIO brings in more of his people on high paid roles and contracts.
