Pros
Working at Fidelis is wonderful, once you leave, you look forward to weekend (as long as you don’t get a call or yelled at) and then it takes the rest of the weekend to get over the previous weeks drama. Just to start all over again.
Cons
Well being in IT is like being on a high drama reality show, the CIO is the king of drama, always string things up, bulling his team, you can never do anything right, the CIO is just plain bad news. I have read the lovey dovey great place to work bla bla bla, and if you notice they are so concerned about this every time a bad review is posted they always post two or so to make it look better, really who you kidding. Well they responded to a negative post by saying “By allowing anonymous users to post comments without any accountability, and with no provision for dialogue ….”, here is the reality of that. The way the company works if this were to have a true conversation you would be let go in no time flat. There is active bulling taking place from the CIO down. There is no trust between the staff and management in IT. Why don’t you quote the stats how many people are let go within the first 120 days (it’s significant), why do people have to sweat it out until the 121st day? Why would you want to work for this kind of organization! You make one mistake, say the wrong thing, look at someone the wrong way, and you will be shown the door. Wow this is the company I want to work for. Why leave a good job come here and be unemployed in 4 months just stay away!
