Pros
Pay is very generous. Vacation time is also generous but be prepared to have your vacations, weekends, holidays and evenings interrupted on an ongoing basis.
Cons
Too many to share. The corporate model is amazingly immature. There is no resource balancing. Nothing is documented. A revolving door of employees ensures few people know what is going on as there is no depth of knowledge. Lots of talk about change but no change actually occurs. Biggest crisis is within the executive team itself. Have never until now actually heard executives criticizing each other in front of staff. I have been yelled at, belittled and generally treated in an unprofessional manner more times than I can count. If offered a position at Fidelis, run the other way.
