Inflexible Management - Care Manager Fidelis Care Employee Review

Management is very inflexible and career growth is heavily driven by politics. Getting promoted is based upon who you know, not your achievements and skill set. This is based upon working there in 2018, but Glassdoor wouldn't let me select that year, as it was too long ago.
