      Competitive Compensation, Nice perks and very nice colleagues. People seem always happy

      Cons

      No possibility of development if you are not Italian or well connected. I had seen people bullied out of positions, even though it was not experienced personally.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
