      Friendly environment, good stability as they hardly let anyone go, good visibility on senior management team, flexible working hours, lot to learn from experienced colleagues

      No clear career opportunities nor resource development plan, as they depend more on who you are working with than your potential or performances. They hardly let anyone go.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
