Big company and great opportunity if you can grow beyond supporting one facility.
Cons
Louisville facility was a nightmare. The entire management team was completely incompetent and had no idea what they were doing. The factory runs very poorly and the managers only care about hoarding operations secrets to give themselves job security. The facility had a revolving door for both hourly and salaried employees. A large portion of the salaried workers hired within the last 2 years lasted less than 9 months. A large portion of the salaried team is looking to leave the company soon.
