Pros
Air conditioning, good pay rate, free candy and sweets, great cafeteria. Very clean working areas. Clean air to breath.
Cons
Worst spare parts I've seen in 27 years as a tradesman, horrible favoritism and nepotism. No sense of "team" environment. Experienced techs NOT WILLING TO HELP TRAIN NEW TEAM MEMBERS (especially the older Russians). Maintenance supervisors unwilling to assist new members learn. Have to climb ALOT of stairs. 12 hour continental, no choice. Very LITTLE overtime, nor do they wish to give out. Only give overtime to ass-kissers and boot licks. Locker room area is VERY crowded and smells horrible.
