      Multinational company Well known Products

      Cons

      They don't have any respect fort their employees and don't care about their well-being. It is not fully a corporate company. For example, big boss decide how many days their employees should work from home. Not a visionary company, nothing is structural. No one is doing their job properly. I don't recommend to no-one to work there.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
