Pros
Its fun to work at a company with brands growing this much. Bonus payouts have been great, strong compensation, benifits are good, career advancement opportunities with the business expansion and great people to work with.
Cons
Meeting heavy culture which impacts time to get work done. Spend a lot of time looking back at results versus building strategy for the future. Culture is a bit stuffy at times and the dress code is European versus what you see in corporate America.
