      Pros

      Good and dedicated people; however almost no progression in their careers.

      Cons

      No career plan and if you are not a friend with lead directors you will not get a chance here. The person doesn't need to do a good job, there is just a need t be friendwith director and you will get by. Not a good company if you want t progress in your career.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
