      Good hourly rate compared to the places.

      Cons

      Cons? Management. Lack of training. Company expectations to work ANY and ALL hours. Expecting employees to put company before family/mental health.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
