Pros
It is an excellent company to learn about the industry. It has a family culture and the office environment is pleasant.
Cons
Still very rooted in Italian culture which could cause some frustration to someone with a more fast paced background. Limited opportunities to grow professionally because a lot of of people in management have been for many years in the company and are basically just waiting to retire.
