      Nice enviroment and good internal mobility. It is a multinational company with amazing products. The chain of production is well integrated.

      Cons

      It is a family company where it is hard to develop your career fast. Not always the best asset gets what he/she deserve

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
