      Human approach , okeish salary, great cantine,. There were team spirit ,great people

      Cons

      Caotic management style and long meeeting hours. There were latin way of management that emotionaly it might work but sometimes there were lack on efficiency

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
