      Managers get all the praise & bonuses while employees aren't recognized. Low-balling on salary review ; salary for luxembourg standards low ; no clear career paths ; loud work environment ; managers chosen not but management skills but more by social skills ; caste system

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
