      Pros

      great work place with great products great experience always busy and challenging flexible and great management good opportunity for many positions

      Cons

      It is fairly difficult to move up to any management position. The company headquarters is located in a different country which may cause issues with communication with directors. However, great work environment and great people.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
