      Pros

      The brands are brilliant to work with

      Cons

      International bureaucracy - most decisions are made from global or regional head office Culture of the place has really gone down. People aren't motivated and senior managers are vocal about how terrible the place has become. Flexible arrangements - like working from home are frowned upon. Not a progressive work culture.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
