      It is a young company, driven by constant challenges and innovation, which let me grow personally and professionally. It is a company which is actually enriching people’s lives and creating new business opportunities, exploiting its employees' creativity.

      It is a family company, maybe in the long run there are less opportunities to grow as a professional inside the company

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
