      The pros of an internship at Ferrero are: great opportunities, great firm, great culture and exceptional people. A huge opportunity to learn a lot.

      Cons

      The biggest downside I see is the fact that you have to speak Italian if you want to reach the highest positions in the firm.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
