      Professional staff in all departments Deep functional experience with new functionality that is rare in Russia Overall good working climate

      Ferrero is not fine company for quick making SAP carrer because it is client and not consulting Managing positions require much more time to be involved than working day hours

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
