      Pros

      At Ferrero, people were helpful, simple, and very friendly. The company's culture is excellent and motivating. People are bright and know what they are doing.

      Cons

      Since the company is not listed, there are many confidential informations. As an Intern, you might feel that you do not have the "full trust" from the managers.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
