      Management are passionate about products and forward thinking. They are keen to expand the business and capitalise on the company's strengths.

      Cons

      There are occasions where they could be more flexible eg in not being so 'tick box' about templates that may or may not be up to date.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
