      Solid benefits Good PTO plan Free candy sometimes

      Cons

      Below-market pay, long hours, yearly salary increases well below inflation, management by fear and intimidation, overwhelming stress, unbelievably high expectations and high turnover. No advancement opportunities. Only ex-pat and Italian employees do well, everyone else forget about it.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
