Great brands, supportive teammates, pay on par with CPG competitors.

Cons

Competitors are better at innovation, sales leaders lead with fear, HR can do better in supporting/shielding front-line workers from aggressive middle management.

Pros

Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

Cons

Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
