      Lot of opportunities to learn how to accept more work. Lot of people quit so you can wait to go up the ladder/elevator.

      Unclear responsibilities, management creates an idea and expects a response in 24 hours. A lot of lazy people so the workload increases if you try to do your job well. Black company
