Pros
Good company and Managers are really good and supportive. Good facilities canteen food is nice.
Cons
1.Many drawbacks in HR process if you compare with MNC organization in India. 2.I personally feel faurecia India has very bad HR team who don't care about employees after sepration . There is no issue with company but HR management are worst ever i have seen in my career.
